Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. If you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proven after investigation. Please read the fine print of each deal before buying, it provides all the details about the services or the product you purchase.

Cancellation Policy

The orders can cancelled only before they are dispatched. To cancel an order, please mail us to Shringaar@gmail.com with the correct order ID.

After the order is dispatched, we will not be able to cancel the order.

Refund Policy

We try our best to create suitable design concepts for our customers.

We will provide a refund if the customer receives a different product. However, for this, the customer has to provide us with the unboxing video of the received package.

In case any customer is not completely satisfied with our product quality, we can’t provide a refund but their feedback is most welcome and you can mail us. We will try to improve our products.

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase, and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.

Return Policy*:-
This is a return cum exchange policy. If you got the wrong item, wrong size issue, a different color issue, or item missing then we provide an exchange or replacement of the product. In case the product is out of stock and unavailable then we provide a Refund. Don’t worry we care about our valuable customers. Our team investigates your issue and provides the best possible solution. This is not valid for under-discounted or under-offer products. It is not valid for fabric issues, minor color differences, or fabric quality. Your feedback is important for our improvement.
